Your information, your control

Delete Your Data

Minderloom does not currently create a central Minderloom account. Most deletion happens directly on your device, with separate steps for anything you chose to place in another service.

Applies to Minderloom 0.16.1Updated October 1, 2026
  1. One conversation
  2. All local data
  3. Downloaded models
  4. Google connection
  5. External copies
  6. Uninstalling
  7. Request help

Delete one conversation

  1. Open Conversations.
  2. Tap the conversation card to open its details.
  3. Choose Delete.
  4. Review the confirmation and confirm deletion.

This removes the local conversation record, transcript, summary, speaker analysis, possible actions, search entry, and retained source audio associated with that conversation. An action already copied into Daily Focus or an external service may need to be deleted separately.

Delete all local Minderloom data

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Open Privacy & automation.
  3. Select Delete local data.
  4. Read the confirmation carefully and confirm.

This removes locally stored audio, transcripts, summaries, conversation metadata, semantic indexes, anonymous speaker analysis, encrypted named-speaker profiles, selected-message memory, monitored contacts, suggested actions, Daily Focus items, and pinned memories.

This cannot be undone. If encrypted backup keys are removed with app data, previously encrypted .mloom or Drive app-data backups may no longer be recoverable.

Delete downloaded models

Downloaded AI and speaker models are managed separately so a local-data reset does not force another large download.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Open Models & speakers.
  3. Select the installed model.
  4. Choose its deletion control and confirm.

System-managed Gemini Nano or AICore components are controlled by Android and Google. They may also be used by other apps and are not deleted by Minderloom.

Revoke Google access and remove Google data

Stop future Minderloom access

  1. Open Settings → Google Tasks & encrypted Drive backup.
  2. Choose Revoke access.
  3. You may also remove Minderloom from your Google Account's third-party connections page.

Revoking access prevents future Google Tasks and Drive operations. It does not delete items already created.

Delete Google Tasks

Open Google Tasks or the Tasks panel in Google Calendar, locate the task created from Minderloom, and delete it there.

Delete encrypted Drive app data

Minderloom stores encrypted transcript packages in Drive's private app-data folder. Use any current Google account control provided for hidden app data, or email dev@minderloom.com for guidance. Revoking access alone may not remove stored files.

Delete calendar entries and external backup files

Minderloom cannot silently remove information that you explicitly wrote outside the app.

  • Calendar: Open the calendar app and delete each event or reminder created from Minderloom.
  • Selected backup folder: Use Android Files, Google Drive, or the relevant document provider to delete Markdown and .mloom files.
  • Configured AI endpoint: Contact the endpoint operator or use its deletion controls for text you intentionally sent.
  • Exported diagnostics: Delete any exported log copies from Downloads, email, cloud storage, or support messages.

Uninstall Minderloom

Uninstalling the phone app removes its private local app data under Android's normal application-storage behavior. Uninstall the Wear OS app separately if needed. Uninstalling does not delete Google Tasks, calendar entries, Drive backup files, document-provider backup files, or data held by an endpoint you configured.

For the clearest result, revoke Google access and remove external copies before uninstalling. Remember that uninstalling may destroy the Android Keystore key needed to decrypt existing backups.

Request deletion help

Because Minderloom does not currently operate a central user account or conversation database, support cannot remotely erase data that exists only on your device. We can help identify the correct local or external control.

Email dev@minderloom.com with the subject “Minderloom data deletion.” Do not attach audio, transcripts, private messages, passwords, or access tokens.
